Can anyone recommend an affordable moisturizing eye cream? My eyes get so dry underneath so I need a cream badly but I can't afford a really expensive one.

Yes to blueberries is what I'm using now. It's an anti-wrinkle eye creme, I find it to be moisturizing. It is under $20.

Sephora has an amazing eye cream, it's called age defy , and basically it has hydrosynn in it which is a molecule made from water, so it holds and retains moisture very well, it's only $24 dollars, but it helps with all your signs of aging under the eye, and helps with hydration, works amazing!!

Burt's Bees Radiance eye cream with royal jelly. They also have a sensitive skin formula with cotton extract if that'd work better for you! I like the Radiance one but I break out easy so I use the sensitive skin one mostly.
