Im 16. I started shaving when I was about 10 because I have very dark hair and pale skin. But now my legs have black dots and an icky color caused by the shaving. My armpits are very dry so I can't shave them well and its it's pretty embarassing. I also have issues with my bikini line. What are better hair removal alternatives I can use?

I have a similar issue with the fair skin and drk hair growth, the only options that actually work and don't leave the dot like look are waxing and epilating
