Hey everyone. I've been breaking out like crazy lately which is weird because I get a breakout here and there but never this bad. any advice is really appreciated!! thank you!

I went to a dermatologist and they gave me this face soap that you put on your face at night and in the morning its called clear days ahead by Philosophy and it really works I never break out anymore. It looks like this
