Recommendation for an oil free cleanser?

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had any for recommendations for a good oil free cleanser, for a dry/sensitive skin type (Aus/NZ specific would be great).

I recently got eyelash extensions, and in the aftercare notes, it says not to use oil based cleansers, as they can wear down the adhesives.
Previously, I used Neutrogena's Extra gentle cleanser, as I found it moisturising, but am currently using Shiseido's Benefiance cream cleanser, as it's the only detergent based cleanser in my house, but I find it too drying still.

so... any suggestions for an alternative? Drugstore suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely try cetaphil, since that's really available here, and I'll keep an eye out for spectro jel too!
