I believe the alcohol in the hairspray dries out your hair a lot, especially with repeated usage.

I've been using hairspray my whle life and I dnt believe it does but I dnt buy cheap products.Aquanet is horrible!!

Good, I use Silhouette by Schwarzkopf! I've seen it in a lot of salons so I thought I might try it. has anyone tried it?

It really doesn't dry your hair out.. Not to any extent that you would notice anyways. The only damage it might be doing is leaving a coating on your hair that might weigh it down. If you use lots of it everyday I would recommend using a good clarifying shampoo once a week.
