What's your opinion on it?
Have you tried it?
In my opinion, I think it's a great way to save money. Also I think it's a better option for people who don't want all the parabens and chemicals in their body that come with commercial shampoos. Lastly, you don't have to wash your hair every other day or every day. You can go long periods without your hair getting oily which is awesome!

What is the no poo method? Like, do you just not shampoo your hair? For how long? Do you condition still?

I tried the "hair one" line from Sally Beauty Supply & would NOT recommend that. It gave my hair a nasty build up and I had to break the "no poo" and use a clarifying shampoo 3x just to fix what it did to my hair

My hair loves the baking soda/acv. I use a sulfate-free shampoo once a week since if I go any longer the baking soda doesn't quite get everything out. I absolutely love it.

I exercise vigorously-- it just seems kind of gross to not wash my hair when I'm dripping in sweat.

Isn't the baking powder & apple cider vinegar very drying on your hair? I've used both in a DIY clarifying rinse before and had to follow up with a hair mask.
