What Are Good Eye Liners Liquid Or Pencil To Create The Winged Look?

I have about 4 different eye liners... one liquid (revlon) 2 gels(mayballine &mac) and a pencil (war paint) and I can't seem to get a really clean winged look with any of my eye liners any good ones I should look into?(:

Try using Maybelline's Creme eyeliner! If you practice it a couple of times, you an get this effect:)
