When I try to made a cat eye is a disaster, sometime I made fine but just and one eye! Please help me and give me some tips :s.

Draw it out with a light brown eyeshadow first so you have a shape to work with :)

Physicians Formula makes a liquid liner pen- I think it's way easier to work with than regular liquid. And it's not felt tip so it won't dry out.

Try using Maybelline New York's Creme eyeliner. It's a little jar and brush and it's super easy to use! This is how I've been doing it lately, and I find that it's really good:)
