I've had a chi for the past 6 years, and it's almost time for a new straightener. I've always loved it, but in hesitant to buy a new one because I've heard of people having issues with them and I thought I got lucky. I used my friends babyliss for a touch up once and I really liked it.

Does anyone have experience with both? Should I get a chi again or switch to babyliss?
