I had the same problem. I have really dark hair and had to do it twice to make it more blonde, still turned out more orange/ginger though. maybe keep doing it every 2 weeks to get desired colour?

I redyed my hair extensions. didn't really go much more blonde :( think maybe its my extensions :( just going to leave it for now. I am just wasting money :(
