My hair is so so broken and I don't even know how it happened, it came out of no where! There are really short pieces that are split, not soft, and stick straight out whenever I do my hair. Help please with any tips and tricks! (That hopefully aren't too expensive 😊)

Hair masks with honey and olive oil should help! Deep conditioning could help to, I did it on my thin brittle hair and it wired wonderfully. It improves shine too!

Ugh it's awful isn't it? And I'll try those! Anything specific?

And any tips on how I should style it? My hair is a kind of gross natural wave.

Oh and my hair is a weird wave as well like the front looks fine but the back looks all messed up but I usually put moroccan argon oil in it to like of tame the waves and lightly straighten the spots I don't feel are working like not full on straight just go over it sorry I'm like replying so much... I'm not weird I promise 😂😂

I know it may be the last thing you want to do... But it needs to be trimmed. I just got mine done today & boy I miss the length :( but I don't miss the "crunch" or the little pieces that would break off when I comb it. Hopefully it grows back healthier this time! Good luck with your hair!

Maybe stress? or nutrition? even wool sweaters can cause friction to the ends of hair (if the hair rubs against sweaters frequently)
