How do you find the right concealer and what are some good ones?

Match to your skin tone, up to 1 shade lighter, look for texture, thicker for blemishes, thinner for under eyes , you can also get different colored ones green fixes redness etc.I really love the coastalscents camo quads, I use the light one and the color corrector one.
