Try Estée Lauder double wear. You need an oil based cleanser to take it off.

I was going to make exactly the same post before I saw this! hope other people post, I need one for when I go on holiday n estee lauder may be a little expensive if I'm only going to use it like once a year haha.

Well I wouldn't call it waterproof, but I remember going in the shower with my super stay 24hr foundation from maybelline and I couldn't get my face clean cuz it wouldn't come of. hahhaa.
