I have these acne scars on my cheeks and jawline so I really need to cover it. I am using M.A.C skin finish concealer in NC30,but I am really wondering why my concealer easily fades away after few hours. I am using a primer and a liquid foundation but I really can't hide my scars. :'(

What I did that helped this at the time it happened to me I know it sounds weird but mix your foundation with a little water, it turns creamier. It also dries and doesn't fade away in such little time.

Make sure you're setting it with powder. Also I found that UD de-slick works wonders.

I would try a max coverage foundation. Generally they are formulated to sit longer and have a better wearability on larger areas of skin and uneven texture like scars.
My favorites are Make Up Forever Max Coverage and Estée Lauder Double Wear Max Cover.
Anything higher than that will take you into the dermablend or cover fx side of things. And unless the scars are really intense will probably be to heavy.

I love Kat Von D's tattoo concealer. It's thick and covers everything. I've used it for a while now and am very happy with it. It's definitely my favorite concealer.
