I hold sections of my hair up, spray with (max strong hold) hairspray and then blast it with my hair dryer (on lukewarm not hot) do that all over my hair so it looks ridiculous then brush it out with my fingers to keep the volume =] hope that made sense haha.

You can't get the look with out cutting, dyeing or teasing your hair, sorry. You have to at least get a.new hair style/cut and then straighten your hair and tease a.bit, thats what I used to do. =)

You would need layers if you want scene hair for more volume and for it to hold, your hair is too heavy for a look like that. so if you have some layers put in, that would make it lighter and have your fringe cut into your face. when that is done, you need to tease at the roots then smooth over lightly with comb and hairspray to fix and hold. and finish the look with a big bright bow. hope I helped:)
