I have really great results with coconut oil, I use it every time I wash my hair and condition the ends of my hair then usually sleep in it, it really helps my hair grow quick, in 6 months I reckon it grew 4-5inch no joke xx

Try to use as less heat as possible and keratin shampoos , condinters , etc. they help a lot

I read in Woman's First magazine about a product called Hair Volume Supplement. Sells for $20 at Walgreens and has biotin. Funny, my girlfriend takes the vitamin biotin by itself for half the price. This also sells at Walgreens. Her hair and nails have grown so fast.. She's prepping for her wedding. Good luck.

Extensions? Lol sorry bad joke! Coconut oil is great and stimulating your scalp with massage will help blood flow and can help but on average a person grows 1/8 to 1/2 an inch a month some people's faster but take care of yourself and your hair and it will grow out before you know it
