Pantene hair masque? Any users?

I recently bought a Pantene hair masque for two minutes hair moisturizer, does it work? I've heard Pantene can make your hair fall out. My sister recommends it.

I used it. I thought it was ok. It's not a miracle worker, that's for sure. That first couple of times my hair felt soft but then I didn't notice a huge difference. I do have very fine hair though and the bottle says normal to thick so you may have different results.
