Get some sponge roller, when you shower at night, spray your hair with hair spray and/or gel it then roll your hair, sleep on it, bingo, if you can't buy sponge roller you can use old strips of fabric instead, you twist your hair along of fabric then tie of ends of fabric ( old fashioned method)
