What eye makeup could I use to make my eyes pop more? ( I currently only use mascara)

Add some concelear under your eyes to pop them out. a thin (I mean really thin) like on eyelinear on the top lid can be unnoticeable, & make you look like you have more eyelashes. but concelear/ foundation underneath the eyes will make them pop a lot :)

Have you played with any eyeshadows? Personally I think your eyes would look pretty with a light goldish brown

Ah, it looks like we have almost the exact same eyes!! Try some brown mascara and eyeliner instead of black (not that the black looks bad at all). It helps soften things up, but also compliments the blue REALLY well. Also try playing with some gold/bronze eyeliners, or at least a brown with some gold-ish flecks. You don't have to be too heavy handed with any of it to make your eyes really pop! I've found that brown, gold, peach, taupe, and some purple eyeshadows work really well to play up my eyes as well! The more nude shadows are always a good look with blue too, in my opinion. Have fun with it! :)
