How to fade stretch marks?

What do you recommend for stretch marks? I have some of those silvery stretch marks on my hips and inner thighs and it makes me self conscious.
I know they say those ones are the hardest to fade and you can't totally get rid of them but is there anything I can use to help fade them?

I've been using a microneedle roller and vitamin e oil on my stretch marks and it's been making a difference. I do them twice a week. Less if I'm going to be in the sun though

Sorry I haven't checked this in a couple days!
It's a little roller with a bunch of tiny needles on it. It doesn't hurt or anything, but it encourages healing over scar tissue and can help break the thickness down and heal in a more even texture. I got mine on Amazon for like 25$ and I sanitize it with rubbing alcohol every use. My doctor actually recommended I try it because medication I was on caused my skin to thin and I got lots of stretch marks.
