Is there any hope for my eyebrows?

I have partial facial paralysis and I don’t look completely horrendous usually but my eyebrows bug me so much. I usually pluck them on my own but after over plucking in my teens, they don’t grow in some spots and this is what I’m left with. One is SO much higher than the other. Can anyone advise what I should do? Take from the top of the higher brow or the bottom of the lower brow? Helpppppp!!

Hi Morgan! with the picture you posted, I think your brows look great!! Do you have a picture with your hair pulled back? Also it helps if we can see your face to help determine a great brow shape for you.

I can't really tell that ones higher then the other, all I see that you can do is brush them out and then fill them in (with a brow pomade your natural eyebrow color)
