Best Moisturizer for EXTREMELY dry sensitive skin?

I have very dry, sensitive, acne prone skin... I really like a light gel cream moisturizer, because creams are so heavy on my skin. I am looking for something that will hydrate my skin and is light and wearable under foundation. (if you have a good hydrating foundation please let me know as well!)

Have you tried the aqua bomb from belif? It's very light. I think using hyaluronic acid would help hydrating your skin as well.  HTH.
