I've dyed my hair a kinda browny red and I'm wanting to get sew in extension next week just for a month or so I bought some extensions but colour is wrong it's ombre black roots and red burgundy ends will this colour go with my hair or should I dye all my hair black.

Yes you'll need to dye black otherwise it'll look a bit awkward...as you already know our hairs are made of three layers when you dye your hair its coat for the very first time settles at the upper layer but when you dye over and over again...it will again settles at the first layer itself that it'll never get into second layer ever as the previous coat of the color resist it...that's the only reason the color fades in some days only...try not to dye in case you don't have grey hairs...otherwise you'll be get used to of it...and one day will come when you'll frequently start to dye your hairseven sometimes within a week as it fades first from the roots itself where dye makes more harm...

Try to dye the rest of your hairs the same as the color of extensions...
