Drugstore matte eyeliner suggestions?

Hi girls! Can you recommend me a good drugstore eyeliner that dries matte instead of the usual shiny finish? I'd prefer a liquid one, but am more than happy to try gel or any kind as long as it doesn't transfer!

I like Inglot.. its cheap but its not in drug stores. They Maybelline gel liner was pretty decent for a drug store option. L'oreal as well!

The elf liquid eyeliner is really good and it's 3 bucks. Been using it for years. Black with a matte finish.
