Anyone know of good hair masks to do to keep my hair healthy? I don't do heat a lot, I never blow dry it myself, I only use the straightener every once in awhile. I want one that will keep my hair healthy so I can eventually grow it longer.
Also, any suggestions on shampoo that will help my hair stay strong so I can grow it longer without it breaking at all that is on the cheaper side?

Ogx shampoo, and Renpure originals. Or any sulfate free shampoo. Aussie 3 min hair mask. Sally's has a variety of treatments in packages they are usually $1. Even if you don't use heat often use a heat protectant when you do.

I use Pro Naturals hair repair mask once a week. Ingredients: Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) thickening agent, Argania spinosa kernel oil (Argan Oil), Aqua. I apply liberally on hair and wrap hair with a hot towel and cover with a showercap and relax for around 30 mins then rinse, apply some of the Pro Naturals Moroccan argan oil to hair before drying & heat styling.
