Try the Redken Cat Protein Spray. I used it as directed and my hair felt better from a hair dying mishap in a week!

Oh yeah, it helped with my straightening damage too. Basically any damage it covers. The dying mishap I had was the dye was defective and took all of the protein out of my roots, but the ends were still dark (was going from dark to light) and I had to dye it AGAIN the same night and it still didn't look right. My roots were platinum and my ends were golden, oh dear it was a mess. I used the protein spray as directed every day for a week and then my hair felt great enough to dye again. Now it looks great and feels great and strong too. :)

$18 USD for 5 or 6 oz. It actually lasts a while I've had it about 3 months. its worth every penny.

Joico kpak is really good, I like ogx too. if you want something cheaper garnier makes a nice conditioner it's called damage eraser.

Also from personal experience I would take a look at some deep conditioners as well. They're super helpful and are a necessity for me.

I haven't used the Aussie shampoo, but they have a few deep conditioners. Some swear by their "three minute moisture". I've used it and I like it because it's cheap and you get a ton of product, it's not my holy grail but my hair was complete trash.

First, make sure you are getting trims to help with damage. Next, if you color your hair, look at Olaplex if you don't already! Its different because it works from within to repair your hair; most treatments, including hair products, just coat the hair and temporarily make it look nice, but Olaplex if completely different. I actually have really healthy hair, but I ask for Olaplex every time I color my hair just because it makes so nice! I always get frustrated because when I was looking for hair products when I was doing my hair lighter and it got really dry, products were just coating my hair instead of fixing it. A lot of people recommend coconut oil and mask, but those really don't do much to help fix the hair, its just going to help for a couple of days; not saying thats a bad option though, because I use mask sometimes! I just mean that if you really want something to repair your hair, then a trim and Olaplex will help tremendously! Now since you flat iron a lot (as do I) I recommend Its a 10 Plus Keratin (the orange lid, I don't like the regular). Its expensive but I big bottle last me about 5 months and I use a ton of it for heat styling every single day. I've tried just about every heat protector you can think of, but this stuff saves my hair! When I first started using it (about three years ago) I got a sample size and when it ran out, I went back to my old heat protectors, my hair looked so fried and damaged the heck out of my hair, I couldn't believe it! But I still sometimes try new heat protectors but I always go back to It's a 10. Now, for shampoos, I recommend Pureology, Redken, Living Proof, and Kenra! All more expensive, but you can find travel sizes for some of those at Ulta and sometimes CVS or Walgreens. Sorry for such a long post, but I hoped this helped!

Take a look at what I use - Pro Naturals Moroccan argan oil hair repair system. I use Optima Tea Tree shampoo & conditioner for 5 hair wash days and on the 6th I use Pro Naturals shampoo & conditioner. I use the Pro Naturals hair mask once a week and the Moroccan argan oil every shampoo day applied to clean damp hair before blow drying and heat styling - great heat protectant.
