Have you tried using dry shampoo. I find it helps me between washes.

Definitely use dry shampoo to extend your time between washes, that way your hair/scalp with adjust and you won't get as oily so quickly.

I have greasy/oily hair and for my shampoo I use head n shoulders clinical strength it helps a lot when skipping days of washing your hair.
