My hair is naturally medium brown and I keep it bleached blonde. My new hairstylist noticed what appears to be breakage 2-3 inches from my scalp, so instead of applying bleach to touch up my roots, she used a dye this past time that was a light blonde color. Over several weeks, this touchup color turned very red, so I applied Wella Colorcharm T18 toner with 20 volume developer to try to get rid of the red. It helped a little, but not a lot. So the following day, I applied Wella Colorcharm T10 toner with 20 volume developer, and this is where things went disastrously wrong...

The red in the dye at my roots looks even more red, and the rest of my hair turned darker, and into a greeney/bluey/dirty dishwater color. I have washed my hair 3 times since, with no improvement, and also used a clarifying shampoo with no change.

Is there any toner I can apply to fix this, or do I need to see a hair stylist, and if so, what would they do to fix it? Can we rebleach my hair to get it back to where it was or is that going to turn it orange?

The first picture is my hair right after the hairdresser did it. The second+ are now...

Now...see how the back of my hair is a dirty dishwater color and the front of my hair is red?

Indoors, tonight. It's green/blue/greyish and red at the top.

I can't help you fix the color, but I could help fix any damage. The Redken Cat Protein Spray fixed my hair up from a disaster similar to yours in a week when used as directed. I'd purchase it again, and again for my hair struggles.

Which toner could I use on the lower half/nonbrassy part as a quick improvement? I can't get into a hair dresser until after the holidays :(

Try a koleston perfect ash blonde color as a tonor and get paul mitchell's platinum blond shampoo.
