Okay so I'm one of them people who pick at their spots everyday until they become a scab and then once the scab had appeared I keep on picking the scab over and over again 😐 I know your not meant to but I literally can't help it, and now from it I have got some scarring from where I've been picking at the scabs and spots all over my forehead, and I was wondering what can help to maybe ' fade ' away the scars as much as possible, please leave some suggestions 😊 I read online that olive oil can help to fade them, you rub olive oil onto the scar and leave jt on for ten mins then wipe it but I have no idea so please let me know! Thank you :)

Vitamin e or coconut oil works well on newer scars. older scars it's better to use something more heavy duty like mederma

Just don't wear any oils on your face if you will be in direct sunlight for more than 20 minutes 😳
Best to use oils about 1 hour before you head to bed and use sunscreen the next day to prevent any skin damage 👏🏻👏🏻

Most of them are older scars, and I have got some new ones but thank you! I will look into mederma, do I apply it twice a day or once? And I won't! I hardly go out 😄 thank you girls!:)

Are they red/dark spots or actual indentations/pock marks?

For Mederma you have to apply it about 6 times a day. it's very annoying lol but it does work. I've used that with a combination of coconut oil and it helped quite a bit.
