I've noticed lately that my skin is rather dull looking. I currently use my foreo luna with my neutrogena gentle face cleanser, neutrogena alcohol free toner, and first aid beauty ultra repair lotion. My skin is fairly normal and I've always had a ruddy complexion (I have redness mostly on my cheeks and around my eyebrows). Any suggestions for products (I've been looking into serums) to help with this? Preferably under $75. Thanks!

Olay Pro-X Nightly Micropeel & Timeless C Serum with E. I'd use the serum daily and broad spectrum sun protection is a must. You can get both on your budget. Great way to bring luminosity is Loreal Lumi Primer. Backlights skin beautifully.

Thanks Rozberry, I'll definitely look into those. Do you have any recommendations for sunscreen?

I love Paula's Choice Tinted Resist SPF or Elta Md's tinted SPF protection. Both are fantastic under make up. I usually bypass foundation most days band wear them alone with a bit of concealer...that's how lovely they look on the skin. Paula's has a nice bit of luminosity to it.
I also like CeraVe AM (in the pump) and Alba Botanica which are available at the drug store.
After the Pro-X Peel, I allow it to dry and then apply a thin layer of CeraVe PM in the pump. It has Niacinamide, which also will help your goals and counter any dryness. The Timeless Serum and Olay can be used on the entire face and neck, including the eye area, but never on the lid or lips. The other products can be applied to the lids.
I'd let my skin acclimate itself by slowly introducing the Olay every 3rd or every other night since your skin is normal..and then bump up or pull back use based on how skin responds.
Both the Olay and the Timeless serum stimulate collagen and even the moisturizer and sunscreens have anti-aging bonuses, so it's a great regimen for not only brightening, but helping get skin smoother, hydrated and provide anti-aging. I noticed a brighter complexion very quickly. Within a week or two and skin was smoother, also. Remember, placing the C serum in the fridge extends shelf life.
The lumi primer, you can use literally a quarter pump on the face and it goes a long way with a natural glow, no sparkles. A little bottle lasts a very long time. If you ever REALLY want to gain a glow, check your local, *reputable* spas for seasonal specials on (light) peels. There's a $2 coupon for CeraVe on their website and Paula often has discounts (and samples/travel sizes). Olay's website may also have a coupon. I know Paula just released a new brightening product, which you might want to peek at and try a sample of.
I hope you enjoy. :)
