So I used extra virgin coconut oil to remove my makeup the other day, and I loved how well it worked. I know that regular coconut oil is comedogenic and can cause breakouts, but what about extra virgin coconut oil? I read online that extra virgin is non comedogenic (or at least less than normal). Can anyone help clear this up for me? Personal experiences?

My little sister can slather her face in coconut oil and wake up the next morning with smooth skin. If even a drop gets on my face I break out. So it depends on your skin just be sure to get a good cold pressed cococnut oil. Trader Joe's makes a good one. I can't put it on my face but works great as a body moisturizer!

Coconut oil does not cause breakouts!! The molecules in it are too big to clog the pores 😊
