I would go with
sun club matt bronzing powder for blondes it's matte and because my skin is on the darker side in a bich I've used it as a full powder it works really well so for lighter skin I think it should work perfectly

What Nik said. Only I have to add its from a German brand called Essence. Its realy cheap but their bronzer is really good,the formula is nice and matte/satin,not overly pigmented and looks really natural on pale skin. Also its not overly orange,it has a slight pink tone too,which I always find better looking on pale skins-the dominant orange in a lot of bronzers nowadays kinda look off to me on pale skin.

Rimmel has really good bronzers! They have more than one shade so something for everyone. I have the lightest shade and I think it was around 5 dollars! Great deal.
