So currently I work at Sephora and have started doing custom makeover appointments by myself. I've gotten very positive feedback from my coworkers and managers so I'm starting to think about freelancing.
In my state you don't need a license to be a freelancing makeup artist so I don't need to worry about that. Next year I plan on going to beauty school for esthetics while continuing my current career at Sephora.
Basically in about the next year or 2 I'd like to start freelancing. Any tips and tricks? Things I should start planning for? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know anything about makeup freelancing, but my advise would be to stay organized! have a planner for you appointments and keep track of your supply and clients. the more organized you'll be, the easier it'll get for you and it will look a lot more professional!

Thank you so much, Genevieve! Organization is a big weakness for me so I'll definitely start working on that now (:
