I just got my first MSF and I need a good powder/kabuki brush- but cheap. I'll eventually get better brushes, but do you guys have any kabuki-like brushes from Target or the drugstore? What brushes do you use to apply your powder from compacts/ MSF?

Julianne, both ELF and Sonia Kashuk have good kabuki brushes at Target. Which msf did you get? I have soft and gentle and stereo rose. They are the only Mac products I own.

I got the Mac mineral skin finish natural in Light. I was thinking maybe I should have gone a little darker with Light Plus- but I decided on the lighter one. Thank you girlies! I scanned the EcoTools reviews and they have some nice kabuki ones I might try out- I already love a lot of their stuff<3 Keep the suggestions coming though:D

Elf has a cheap kabuki, and Real Technique brushes work well from Ulta.

I love the elf kabuki. I use it with elfs hd powder..it's second only to my bare essentials brushes! I have the ecotools as well but elf wins (though I love the ecotools travel set-It has a baby one, so cute!) on that one. Hmm. Now I need this skin finish lol

I was totally gonna pick up the Ecotools ones tomorrow, so glad you like them. As well as the elf kabuki. They both got good reviews<3
