Tinted Moisturizer vs BB Cream

Hello All,
My tinted moisturizer is running low and I'm thinking of trying a BB cream as an alternative. I have a basic idea of what a BB creaam is but have never used one. Just wondering what the main differences are and is one "better" to use than the other. I like the tinted moisturizer as its quick to apply when I'm just going out to do some errands. Normally I'll use it along with my concealer and a little bit of powder. I would prefer something with a bit more coverage though as the Tarte Smooth Operator is very light and doesn't cover my flaws very well. Are the BB creams better for coverage and do you still use a concealer and powder with it or can it act as a stand alone product for a flawless look. For those that are using the BB creams can you recommend some good brands. Thanks as always !

tarte came out with a bb cream you can always just go to sephora and ask for a sample:) i like the asian bb cream it just feels nice on the skin and the one i own is very full coverage

BB creams have more skin benefits than tinted moisturisers. They are also more concealing than TM. For anyone who wants a flawless look in just a few moments! I would recommend Dior hydra life and Dr Jart.

I can see which ones works best. Thanks again.
