Depends on how your body is.. Some people's hair get oily in a day while others in days. Figure out how your body works & when washing hair don't apply conditioner to your roots but the ends! Your clean hair will last a lot longer.

Yeah, unless your hair is virgin hair & you use a gentle shampoo, I wouldn't wash it everyday! Use a dry shampoo and a shampoo/conditioner suitable for your hair type.

Every other day. My hair is long af, I'm 5,0 and it's down to my butt. I was it every other day but I don't condition it cus I have leave in conditioner from bed head. The pink bottle. Put that in when your hair is damp and you'll have more volume.
