Where concealer! I use a really good one from hard candy, it's called glamoflouge. Super cheap too.

Bags under the eyes aren't just from not enough sleep its caused mainly from poor circulation. along with using concealer you can put eye cream under your eyes every night before bed. message under the eye and the eyelid just a lil. This should help the bags fade away.

concealer is mostly used under the eyes anyways but it can be put in many other places. And Alia is right glamoflouge would be the best choice for right now. but try out the cream too. Also ice can be used for a quick fix for dark circles and puffy eyes.

cucumbers on eyes work, as well as teabags! concealer will help as well! I use the maybellinw anti aging instant rewind brand and its awesome! only about ten bucks at your local walgreens or CVS store :-)

If you have time go get a lush skin tint, there is one that is especially for brightening skin, and it works well under your eyes
