Highlighters for Dark Skin?

I have a rather dark skin tone with undertones of both red and yellow. I need a high lighter that sticks out and doesn't get washed out! Preferably under $20.

Hi Helena :) Natasha Denona has some gorgeous highlighers and she has one for dark skin - I would look into that :)
