Looks like a spot. I have those around my mouth at the moment too and I'm pretty sure they're spots. Chin spots are normally attributed to periods or using old lipsticks or lipbalms which contain bacteria. I'd wash your brushes and throw out expired makeup if I were you.

I'm not trying to be rude but it's all well and good recommending dermatologists but some people can't get to them. Like in the UK they really aren't very accessible and you have to be referred to them by your GP, which hardly ever happens. They are only offered on the NHS in an emergency and cost a ton if you go private. I don't know what the system is like elsewhere, but I know that healthcare isn't free in the US and I've heard from others on here that going to a dermatologist can cost a lot of money. I think we should try and give her advice as opposed to just telling her to go to a dermatologist, when some people cannot afford them or get to them. I feel like going to a dermatologist about a few little spots is about as futile as going to a Dr's about a common cold.

I have exactly the same and it feels like I have huge red mountains on my face that everyone can see! If any of your makeup has applicators (like lip gloss applicators, I know some concealers do too), I'd wash those as well :) hope it goes away soon, they're a right bane sometimes
