Every time I get out the shower my hands and body are super dry and ashy. And being that's it's winter it's gets even worse. I was wondering what's a good moisturizer for dry & sensitive skin?

CeraVe Cream in the big jar. Affordable and scent-free, it contains Hyaluronic acid and glycerin which will help get dry skin back on track. It will not only draw moisture, but help you retain it.
I'm also a fan of using a seasalt scrubs or a homemade Sugar Scrub with Organic, unrefined Coconut Oil and Sweet Almond Oil in place of body wash...and the difference is immediate. You don't need to "scrub"..just use with light fingertips and let the product do the work.
I also really love the Josie Maran Whipped Butter Argan Oil Cleanser for in the shower. I was gifted it and enjoy it immensely.
I have medically dry and sensitive skin and these all work perfectly for me. If you don't want to make your own scrub, 100% Pure has their own website makes a fabulous Vanilla or Coconut one, but making your own will save you big bucks.

I know they feel good, but hot showers dry skin out..so watch that dial and try to shower with warm, rather than hot water.
I use my CeraVe Cream daily/nightly and it is gentle enough for use on the face as well. Perfect for elbows, knees, hands and feet. Just an amazing product. There is a $2.00 coupon you can print on their website. Most drugstores, Target, and Ulta carry the CeraVe Cream, not to be confused with the lotion, which is also wonderful, but the cream is thicker for those brutal winter months. Good luck to you!

I second the CeraVe cream! My skins not overly dry all the time, but in the winter it has real problems retaining moisture. I alternate between the jar when I'm dry, and the CeraVe moisturizers that come in the pump bottles when my skins a little bit more hydrated. I really enjoy both!

Just coconut oil!! Put it on over night because during the day, your face would look shiny but at night it's so good! You wake up with good, not dry skin.
