How exactly do some women walk in stilettos? Because I cannot balance wearing those types of heels at all. When I do wear heels I usually wear my booties with the thick heels.
Any advice? I kinda need to wear one for New Years.

Just practice and find your sense of balance (:

Practice! And don't try to walk how you usually do (heel - toe), but try to plant your whole foot down all at once. Less chance of wobbling or losing your balance.

I agree with practicing and balance. I danced for 13 years competitively so the balance I gained from dance, especially pointe, & dancing in heels made walking in really high heels always easier for me. I hardly ever wear flats though so it just takes getting used to.

Don't over think it, be confident and its much easier. also if your sliding down you can get gel liners which fix that. try not to put a lot of weight on the heel aswell. xx

When first learning how to walk in heels my friend taught me a trick that goes "Heel toe, Heel toe, repeat". With practice and this method you should be able to get that hang of it!
