I'm in need of an eye liner that will stay in my water line. I tried so many but they seem to fade after a couple of hours. is there anything you tried that worked?

I also have contacts and have had no trouble with maybelline gel liner. Just hold your eye open for a bit after you apply

I really like Urban Decay Perversion liner for high end and Maybelline Kajal liner for drugstore brand.

I'd recommend the urban decay 24/7 glide on pencils. They colors are really rich and it's easy to apply. I wear contacts and have really sensitive eyes and it doesn't bug me at all. Some colors need touch ups throughout the day but black seems to really stick. The quality and the price match up.

I always use a black shadow to set my Urban Decay Perversion liner just so I know it won't wear off after a few hours , I even do that with the Maybelline Kajal liner...

I love the NYX Smokey pallet (I think Target may have it ) , it has an amazing matte black shadow in it... can set both liners I mentioned above with ease and keeps the liner in place with no smudging.
