I just spent all of my money (literally all of it lol) and I can't afford my favorite pore strips from biore and I don't think I can go the next couple of weeks without them because my blackheads and pores are really bad so I need some remedies and maybe some tips to help reduce the chances of getting blackheads.

Those strips can do much more harm than good. Repeated use can result in broken blood vessels along the tender folds of your nose...which are permanent without a cosmetic procedure to correct them. I honestly feel they do little more than remove surface oil. They can also be very drying with frequent use. I'd suggest a clay mask or salicylic acid/glycolic lotion, but since you are out of funds, I can only recommend keeping skin toned and using a natural astringent, such as apple cider vinegar.
Hormones are usually the culprit and the resulting overactive oil production.
You can apply the vinegar directly to your skin or make a toner in a small bottle by mixing 1 part water to 3 parts apple cider vinegar. In either case, I'd apply using a few cottonballs soaked in the vinegar/ mixture wipe my face gently after washing. You don't want to scrub, but instead just wipe the surface gently.
As with any DIY, always test patch your skin. I'd personally avoid any lemon juice or baking soda and cinnamon scrubs.
