My little brother is getting married this weekend and I'm doing mums makeup, she never feels like she's beautiful enough so today I took her shopping to buy a new dress and this is the one she picked. Now I need help deciding how I will do her makeup. She is late 40's and doesn't have very good skin so tips on how to deal with rough skin and wrinkles would be much appreciated. I'm thinking of keeping it neutral on her eyes but any pictorials or just pics would be awesome! I have naked 2, chocolate, vise 4 and several other palettes. Thanks so much in advance!

Honestly, it's amazing so beautiful however, no offense is meant but... You said you're mother is late 40's this won't be suitable for her. The dress is perfection and the fact that you're trying to do something for you're mother is so sweet, try something for the eyes that is a bit more simple lighter kind of

Also these lipsticks are amazing and would all complement the eye look so take your pick! :) sorry for the white but there was other bright red swatches aswell. Enjoy the wedding!

If your looking for a good foundation and concealer to cover up any blemishes or wrinkles, I know that Clinique has a good foundation and concealer in one, my mum has it and it works well! Clinique also has some great deals! Hope that this will help!

Thanks so much for all the replies! I will definitely check out Lisa Eldridge, I follow her on YouTube anyway :) Ellen that eye looks perfect! Mum wouldn't be a fan of the lips though, she's really into nudes and browns and unlike me, she can actually pull them off haha.

Thanks Mackenzie, I would prefer to use a more high end foundation on her but she doesn't ever buy makeup so it was a stretch to get her to spend $10 on a foundation let alone $50 or $60 🙊 She's about 5 shades darker than me too so I can't even use any of my foundations
