With so many eye shadow palettes I get overwhelmed. I want a palette that will help with a diversity of looks. I am a big fan of doe eye looks and using pinks as well. Which palette should I pick up?

Naked 3! or have you looked at the new Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette? :) looks gorgeous and the quality of Anastasia's eyeshados is really good.

Abh modern rennaisance palette for sure! Or too faced Bon Bon palette is a great one as well, it has neutrals, and some pops of colours.

Naked 3 has a ton of pink tones like a few people mentioned. Its gorgeous! But the ABH modern renaissance palette is also amazing! Def my fav palette of all time right now. You can also find tons of tutorials on both of those palettes and they're great quality. Making a custom palette is always a great idea too! It will be a little more costly depending on how many colors you choose and which brand you go with, but you can mix and match from brands and choose only shades you absolutely love, guaranteeing you'll get your money's worth out of it. because it sucks to buy a palette and only love/favor some of the colors and when those get used up you're stuck with those few you don't really like and can't replace any of your fav colors without buying a whole new palette again lol. Making a palette was the best thing I've ever done that I wished I had done sooner before I bought palettes that I don't even use anymore lol besides my ABH palette which I loveeeeee :)

The too faced bon bons palette, the original chocolate bar, or the original lorac zipped are great! I like the naked palettes ok, I don't think they have the best pigmentation.

The Naked 3 palette is amazing! Highly recommend! I have about 40 palettes (from Too Faced, Urban Decay, Kat Von D, and Lorac). Urban Decay has by far been the best brand. Naked 3 is a great, high quality palette. It doesn't look muddy and it lasts all day.
