I'm not sure what the question is. Like do you want recommendations for face wash or cleansers? What's your skin type and any skin problems or issues you want to address?

The minimum you should be doing is to cleanse, tone, and moisturize. You can add other steps after you've been doing the basics for a few months.

Also I highly disagree with Alexis A, you should moisturize regardless of what skin type you have.

Well if you have makeup on then you want to use oil or a makeup remover first.
I prefer olive oil, just get some and massage my face gently with a decent amount of oil for about a minute to really loosen up the makeup then I get a baby wipe and wipe off the makeup.

You may have an oily residue but that's okay, you can wash your face with your cleanser after.
I just use the cleanser but some days I'll use a facial loofah pad to exfoliate too, splash your face with cold water after.

Then, pat dry your face and put on your moisturizer.

You may have more things in your routine in general or different for day or night like toner, serums, sunscreens, acne spot treatments, brightening lotion etc.
all depends on what your skin type and what you're trying to correct.

For me, in the morning I don't wash my face (any night cream was rubbed off by then anyway), just a splash of water and then my face lotion that has SPF.

At night, I use the oil method to take off my makeup, cleanse my face, apply a thin layer of tretinoin gel and then I apply my moisturizer.

That's pretty much it for me

I use an oil instead of a moisturizer at night and I have combo/oily skin and when I wake up my skin doesn't have any excess build up... In fact it feels well moisturized and nourished - I use jojoba oil at night and my skin just soaks it up and then it produces less oil the next day because it was so well moisturized that night - but everyone's skin is different like Charli mentioned.

Buy a set. There's one from equate. 1.Wash, 2.Toner, 3. Lotion. You have to steam your face with hot water to open pores, gently exfoliate with a loofah (or something) and step 1. Then wash it off with lukewarm water and DAB dry. Then apply the toner with a cotton ball, and let dry. The apply moisturizer with fingers and your done. Tip: It may burn a little, but it'll pass, if you can't handle it, splash face with cold water. good luck!
