Powder foundation or BB cream to even out your skin tone, neutral eyeshadow and then use a darker shade as your eyeliner but only on the top lid. Extend the eyeshadow liner a little bit to lengthen your eyes. Mascara then cream blush to give you that glowy look on your cheeks and then a tinted lip balm. I'm in middle school, I wear face primer, covergirl natureluxe foundation, black liner on the outer half if my eyes, eyeshadow, and a lot of mascara. Oh and concealer. I guess it's just whatever you feel comfortable wearing. For light I would just wear covergirl natureluxe foundation ( bad smell, coverage is great, blends well, my holy grail product), concealer, mascara, and maybe some lipgloss, or even a light lipstick.
