Hey! I want to try the coconut oil hair mask, but I was wondering how long you're supposed to leave it on for? Also, has anyone tried it? How'd it go?

Yeah it works for me! you can leave it for as long as you want, but what I do is leave it for 30 min or so and wash my hair after because I don't like the grease to spread around hahaha :p.

Did you try it? Coconut oil masks did NOT work well on my hair at all. Totally limp and greasy afterwards no matter how much I washed.

Overnight is cool. wear a showercap unless you want oily sheets in the morning. LOL!??

Janet, coconut oil works well for your hair, the grease is a problem, but it really keeps the hair healthy :)

Didn't work for me either Janet. My hair has never been dyed, is coarse Asian grey/white and it does not like coconut oil at all. I can use jojoba, vit E oil and my favorite - pro-naturals Moroccan argan oil hair mask!
