How to get smooth legs for the summer.

Exfoliate before you shave is the biggest tip I have. I use the Tree Hut Tropical Mango Sugar Scrub, which you can get (and in other scents) at Walmart or Ulta.

After exfoliating make sure you're using a razor that isn't dull, the more dull the razor the less close of a shave you'll get so your legs won't be as smooth.

Moisturize immediately after getting out of the shower/bath. I absolutely LOVE The Body Shop Body Butters, all day moisture and hydration and it leaves my legs feeling amazing!

I think everytime you shave you should exfoliate beforehand. And instead of waxing of shaving why not try hair removing gel? I tried it and it really makes your legs smooth because it has ingredients that are super moisturizing. Also after that I use olive oil lotion to moisturize my legs.

Megan, I exfoliate every time I shave to make sure I'm getting the smoothest and closest shave possible. You don't need to exfoliate for too long.

I shave pretty much every other day so that's when I exfoliate.

I love dry brushing! Have you heard of it?
It makes my legs so super smooth and gets rid of any dry skin I might have.
After my shower, I take a natural bristle brush and brush from the bottom of my legs towards the top in long oval motions.

I don't do this every day, on the other hand I like using sweet almond oil on my legs in the shower every day, it's wonderful!

I second dry brushing too! But it's actually done best on dry, dry skin so before showering. I do in in the tub because I ton of flakes fall everywhere. It's crazy.

Thanks for the tip, Danielle, I'll try that!

Look it up and you'll see a bunch of stuff about it. Good for things other than exfoliating.

Yes I recommend looking on Amazon they probably have good prices. I prefer a handled one so I can get my back also.

I've seen some in grocery/drug stores too. Basically they are a hard natural bristle brush.

This is mine, it's wooden with natural bristles and it has a removable handle.
