I got booked to do makeup for a wedding this Saturday and I just need some advice or tips. There's 5 girls I'm going to be doing (including the bride) so I think I might have to buy more brushes but is there anything else you recommend me getting? I don't have time to order anything online but I'm mostly worried about how the brides makeup will hold up in the heat. Does anyone have a tips for makeup in the heat? I'm going to ask her if I can use milk of magnesia on her as a primer but if she says no then I don't know of any of way to stop her makeup from melting off lol.

Towels so that if they're dressed already when you do makeup the makeup won't come off on the dresses. Waterproof makeup might help the melting but I use a top coat that's clear by ELF and my makeup stays and the weather is SUPER hot where I live and it stays. ELF products are usually at drug stores, dollar stores, etc., so you could probably find some there. Hope this helps Jadore!

Thanks Paige, I have near heard of a clear top coat by ELF. I'm going to target today to see if I can find it. I have a cape for them to wear if they're dressed already though. Thanks again ☺️

Small bottle but you're not supposed to use a lot at a time.

For brows the NYX brow primer holds brow powders in place.

I've heard the UD setting spray holds makeup nicely

I went to Target earlier and didn't see it @Paige! I'll have to buy that @Carrie I use the ABH dipbrow but in the heat sometimes it makes your eyebrows look weird lol.

@Sophie I have the UD setting spray! I personally don't like it but hopefully it works out for my bride.
